How to order: 3 easy steps

1. Remove your old mat. Unclip the outer grille cover on your fan or exhaust filter. The mat sits behind it.
2. Measure the mat, not the fan. Measure the old mat’s width and height in millimetres. The mat is smaller than the fan housing, so a 204mm fan usually takes a mat around 170mm.
3. Order. Select the size and enter your dimensions and then number of mats you need. We’ll cut them and send them out.

No old mat to measure? Measure the inside of the grille cover where the mat sits.

How to replace

1. Unclip the grille cover.
2. Remove the old mat and dispose of it.
3. Fit the new mat flat, with no gaps or folds at the edges.
4. Clip the cover back on.

That’s it. No tools needed on most fans, and you don’t need to open the enclosure.

How often should I change them?
Most manufacturers recommend replacing the mats at least once a year. In dusty sites such as workshops, factories, mines and construction areas, check them monthly. If a mat looks grey or clogged, it’s time to change it.
