We offer flat-rate shipping based on the products in your order:

Order 2 or more filters and receive FREE shipping automatically applied at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being received.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within Australia. This varies by carrier and destination.
Shipping Carriers
We ship from Glenhaven, NSW using the following carriers:
- Australia Post — for all filters packages under 105cm long.
- Courier Please — for all filter packages over 105cm long
The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and order type.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the carrier's website.
