Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible to cover the cost of the return handling fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Sized Filters
Custom sized filters cannot be returned (such as special orders or custom sized). We also do not accept returns of custom made sizes if the wrong size details were provided from the customer. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If for some reason you have made an incorrect measurement and purchased a standard size filter from our range however you require a different size standard size filter, we will be happy to exchange these items providing the new filter size is the same value. You will need to return the item in un-used condition with original packaging. You will need to pay for your own return postage. Once return has been received we will post out the correct size you require.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
